My name is Altanya Hall, welcome to Arrow Academy first grade ELA and Social Studies. I grew up in the Houston area and I graduated from Texas Southern University. I am certified in Early Childhood through 6th grade (EC-6) and also in English as a Second Language (ESL). I enjoy reading, photography and spending time with my wonderful husband and my amazing daughter and son. This is my 3rd year teaching at Arrow Academy. I am so grateful to be a part of such an amazing school, where our students are priority number one. I started my career in education in 2011, working in early childhood. I worked as a home-school teacher and K-2 teacher at Houston Independent School District (HISD). So far, teaching has been an awesome adventure, I get great joy in having the privileged being a part of the educational journey of our future leaders.
