Evening Parents and Students,
During week 6 students will identify and compare ways of life of American Indian groups in Texas during the late prehistoric period. Students will also describe ways and identify reasons these groups modified, or changed, their environment and used the natural resources of their regions to survive. It is not enough to know dates and the sequence of events; the meat of analysis is asking and answering the "why" and "how" questions about an event or issue.
Week 6 Social Studies Questions - Write each question and answer using complete sentences. Use three or more sentences for each answer. Annotate(highlight, underline) the support for your answers in your weekly article packet.
