Weather Update: Houston Campuses Closed Houston Campuses: Champions Academy, Harvest Preparatory Academy, and Liberation Academy will be closed on Friday, May 17, 2024 out of caution for our staff and scholars’ safety.
No School There will be no school on Friday, March 29th and Monday, April 1st in observance of Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Orbit Touches Down At Liberation On Monday, Liberation had a visit from Orbit, the Houston Astros mascot. Orbit pumped ALA up for literacy and STAAR. Our scholars are officially ready to jump start the state testing season!
Spring Break Friday, March 8th will serve as an Early Release day in observance of Staff Development. There will be no school March 11-15, 2024. We will welcome scholars back on Monday, March 18, 2024.
Black History Month This year's theme for Black History Month is "African Americans and the Arts." This month, we will honor and celebrate the many impacts Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements, and more.
President's Day There will be no school on Friday, February 16th and Monday, February 19th in observance of Staff Development and President's Day. We will welcome scholars back on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
